The 'Speak' button wastes space on my phone screen in portrait mode. I rarely use it so I would prefer it to be gone or even better swapped with the Dictionary button. I get both buttons in Landscape mode but lose the Dictionary one in portrait mode (which is sad because i use it a lot more).

Oh, maybe also change its icon to something else...the icon just doesn't quite work for me.

I dont believe real tabs are the way to go (although i dont think that was what this post was asking for). I have grown to like the buttons at the top because they act as both tabs and buttons. So i can cycle through a list of bibles using the button or i can change to the 'tab' by pushing the button. It is less intuitive than the tabs when you are learning. But it is more efficient, saves screen real estate and was a really good idea.

I think my suggestion here would do this really nicely. It is another reason why I think the navigation when in split screen needs to be reworked just slightly.

The split screen is a great idea but i rarely ever use it. But a couple of really simple (I think) changes would make it perfect (for me).

    1. My most used commentary is the TSK (let the Bible interpret itself). The dual panel would be perfect for this IF it *didnt* jump to the actual verse in the TSK panel.

If I have two panels open and one of those panels is a Bible then clicking on a reference link should display the verse in bible panel *only*. The TSK panel should not change to the bible document because then you lose the TSK document you are working through and have to change back to it again.

Of course, if the panels are set to 'Linked' then the TSK would change to display the references for the new verse you just clicked on. That is fine, but see next point....

    2. Allow a long press on the semi-transparent split screen display button to jump straight to the Split Screen menu. This would allow easy changing of Linked to Not Linked to Single Screen.

I would use this to allow me to work through *all* the TSK references for the current verse. Then when i am finished i could change to linked again and start working through another verse. If it is linked then it is always necessary to push the back button to get back to the verse you are studying. Unlinking *and* using point 1 above would allow the reading of all references in the other panel with no extra messing about at all. And the program would be officially perfect :-)

I find i am using AndBible for almost all of my bible study now. I rarely use esword on PC which for me is great because i work at a pc every day and so my bible study i prefer to do away from my work tools. Thanks again for the great program!

I think the new verse number button doesnt look as nice as the old layout but i think it is more functional. So good call on the latest change.
