One mode would have the windows synced or locked together so that they display the same verse material. For example, the main screen would have the bible chapter and the second screen would be a commentary. As you scrolled through the chapter (or even switched to a new chapter) the secondary screen would follow.
But it would also be nice to unlink the multiple screens so that you could have the main window open to the primary study chapter and the secondary window could be used to look up related references.
