Add a menu button or way to access the menu on the main screen for devices like mine that do not have a hardwired menu button (HTC One V)
My phone does not have a physical Menu button so I cannot access the menu for this app. Consequently, I am not able to use any of the menu functions; especially the function to download different Bible versions or dictionaries. I used this app on a friends phone and loved it but I am unable to use it on my phone.

Long-pressing my app-switcher button gave me access to the menu. Thank you for your help, mjdenham. Much appriciated.

Try long-pressing the App-switcher or Home button.
The Menu button is not always clearly visible on some recent phones. Sometimes it is represented by 4 horizontal lines or 3 vertical dots. Recent HTC devices may have a stripe along the bottom of the screen containing only 3 dots, or you may need to long-press the App-switcher or Home button.

I might add an optional semi-transparent button to bring up the Verse context menu.
