  3. Minimal bookmark enhancement to support verse journal

    Background: I don't have time/will to type notes in the app, but a chronological list of the verses that stood out for me during Bible reading helps me to meditate for longer on them as I revisit the list. It helps me see patterns on what God is saying to me over time. And Bible supports this to some extent already through bookmarks (thank you!) but it needs improvement.

    Minimal changes to better support this (in order of preference, even just one change will help):

  4. To do the same for iOS

    I enjoyed and Bible on my Android phone, but I moved to an iPhone 5 and don't find your app. And it seems to me that no iOS app is as good as yours. I am ready to pay to have the same quality app.

  6. Ability to edit and delete bookmark labels

    Just struggling a bit to manage (delete) bookmark labels. I created a dummy label to show someone how it's done, but now i can't remove it even though I've deleted the bookmark to which i assigned the label. 
    So please support the ability to edit and delete labels. Also please document in the help page (especially if there is already a way to do this).

  7. Function to allow users to enable and disable menu buttons

    Could it be possible for users to add or remove buttons on the top bar? This would mean the user could customise the menu to their own needs, choosing which functions are most relevant for them. It would also mean that more functions could be added to the app generally, whilst avoiding the obvious problem of too many buttons on the bar, or even within the drop down further options menu.

    This would probably need a menu item which would list all possible buttons each with a check/uncheck box.

  9. Possible to add Daniel Whedon's commentary?

    This is a really good Bible program. The only thing that is missing (for me) is Daniel Whedon's commentary. I reference his works frequently with theWord PC software which can be found here: http://www.wordmodules.com/the-word-modules/file/783-whedon-daniel-whedons-commentary-on-the-bible-14-vols/

  10. Add Title and Edit/Delete buttons for Notes

    Option to add titles to notes will make it easier to go back and check the notes if I have to look for a specific topic. It is also convenient if there is an edit/delete button for notes so that the cursor is not active when I go to a specific note, as this usually allows accidental editing since the cursor is active.

  12. change chapter on long drag past end of chapter content

    When reading multiple chapters, it is more intuitive to long drag past the chapter end to switch to the next chapter than to drag right.

  16. Improve chapter changing

    When I use And-Bible, I regularly accidentally change chapters while attempting to scroll up or down. This is because the chapter change gesture detection is too sensitive; a slight up or down motion with the finger can trigger a chapter change if the motion is not completely vertical. This is the main thing that makes And-Bible difficult to use compared to other apps.

    I think the horizontal swipe gesture should work the same as with other Android apps. A partial horizontal swipe should not trigger a chapter change, but should should instead partially scroll the next/previous chapter into view as…
